Video Course Batches (Google Drive, App & Pen Drive)
Because professional video lecture access involves digital key generation, cloud bandwidth allocation, and proprietary encrypted video player licensing, video courses are subject to the following terms:
- Pre-Activation Cancellation: If you have completed payment but your Google Drive access or software serial key has not yet been issued, you may request a 100% full refund immediately.
- Post-Activation Policy: Once encrypted drive access permissions, streaming logins, or software player activation keys have been delivered to your email or phone, the purchase becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Pen Drive Shipments: Once a physical Pen Drive or book set has been dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, the digital license portion cannot be recalled or refunded.
Printed Study Books & Material Replacement
We take extreme care in printing, binding, and securely packaging our 4-book comprehensive study sets and revision booklets:
If your physical book set or Pen Drive arrives with transit damage, missing pages, or manufacturing defects, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement package completely free of cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos.
Technical Support & Player Compatibility
If you encounter difficulty running video lectures on your authorized Windows PC or Android smartphone, our dedicated IT support desk will assist you via remote desk support (AnyDesk/TeamViewer) to ensure flawless playback.
In the rare event that access cannot be operationalized due to a verified core system incompatibility from our end, a case-by-case full refund review will be conducted promptly.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be entertained in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind, personal schedule changes, or deciding not to appear for the upcoming examination attempt.
- Partial consumption of lectures (e.g., viewing a portion of lectures and requesting a pro-rata refund).
- Purchasing an incorrect subject or course mode when correct product specifications were visibly outlined on the portal.
- Examination outcomes or failure to achieve desired marks — course fees represent tuition instruction and comprehensive study material provided.
How to Submit a Refund or Cancellation Request
To initiate a review, please send a formal email from your registered email address to info@carohitsethi.com with the following details:
- Order ID & Payment Transaction Reference (Razorpay ID).
- Registered Student Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp Mobile Number.
- Clear explanation of the request reason along with attached screenshots/photos if applicable.
Refund Processing Timelines
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (UPI ID, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking account) via Razorpay. The credited amount typically reflects in your bank statement within 5 to 7 working business days.
